March madness, April fools and TriAgile means we're going to meeting the 2nd Friday of the month (and not the 1st as per usual). We invite all Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Agilists to come and meet together for breakfast, talk and the share our experiences and ideas. Our goal is to help teams, organizations and ourselves to think, grow and change.
This month, I thought we'd talk about our collective experiences with Agile Transformations, however, for this discussion, I'd like us to not use the words "agile" or "scrum" or "kanban" or etc. Yep, you read that right. I'm curious if we can answer the question, "What would an large scale transformation look like without the word agile, scrum or it's derivatives?"
It should be interesting and I'm looking forward to the discussion.
A note of thanks to all those thoughtful individuals who say "yes" to the meetup and then actually show up!! Thank you!! For others who do the opposite, please consider the impact your behavior has on the rest of us.
