Discussing a TED Talk by a Data Scientista (With Our Daughters?)

Organizer: Data + Women + Triangle

Let's get together to watch the presentation of a model data scientista from TED (www.ted.com). Who will be the honorary data scientista? (Or do you want to send in a suggested TED talk?) The last time we did this, we planned for two presentations, but the conversation for just one was plenty!

P.S. You know what, it's summer time. Maybe we have daughters or almost-daughters in our lives that we can bring to a meeting, so that they can have several examples of STEM women...

• have an opportunity

• congratulations on that new job or certification

• have new public content

• points for meeting up on your own

• really looking for a partner for a presentation someday

• earnest pleas from members to other members
