Abstract: N/A

Bio:
Jada A. Tabor is a Manager who works within Blue Cross NC’s Enterprise Business Process Solutions (EBPS)/Project Management Office (PMO) Organization. Her newly formed Governance and Methodology Team strives to bring consistency to the Requirements Management Practice (RMP) based on industry standards, help mature the Business Analysis Practice and to provide education to stakeholders and delivery partners on the role and responsibilities of a RMP Business Analyst (BA).

Jada believes that by promoting continuous improvement in the practice of enterprise business analysis, fostering collaborative relationships, utilizing industry standards and best practices, the realization of strategic business objectives is enabled.

Jada has over fifteen years of direct experience serving as a liaison between Operations and Information Systems (IS) as an Analyst, System Support Services Team Leader and Manager. Her teams consisted of Subject Matter Experts, Business/Systems Analysts, Developers and Application Experts. She continues to lead cross functional teams that are dedicated to solving large, complex and/or ambiguous business problems, while driving continuous process improvement and best practice development.

Jada is a[masked] under 45 Alumni Award Honoree and was recognized earlier this year as a "TrailBlazeHER," a recognition program to call out Blue Cross NC women (and men) who blaze their own trail towards excellence in growing new ideas, finding new ways of collaborating, and helping others be their best.

Jada holds a BS in Business Administration from Saint Augustine’s University, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Information Science (MIS) from North Carolina Central University as well as a Certificate in Advanced Business Analysis from the University of Colorado Denver.

In her spare time, Jada enjoys spending time with her Wife, Dwan, and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her children (twins) due to arrive in November 2018.
